Connectronics builds stainless steel braided, ceramic insulated, thermocouple harness assemblies used to accurately measure exhaust gas temperatures in gas turbine engines, which see normal operating temperatures ranging from -54°C to +982°C, and up to 1204°C intermittently. Spot welding capabilities eliminate problems with dissimilar metals associated with soldering and brazing processes, insuring precise temperature measurements from the thermocouple tip to the metering device.
